Just a friendly reminder: if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment PLEASE be courteous and let me know as soon as possible, preferably before you receive your 24 hour reminder text!
I understand emergencies happen, but more times than not it is not an emergency.
I don't charge deposits because I like to run a chill and honest business, but last minute cancellations on appointments booked weeks ago is very hard on my small business.
With limited appointment availability, if things like this continue I might have to charge new clients non refundable deposits.
