We're excited to introduce a new feature for our TowBoatUS Lake Lewisville, Grapevine, and Ray Roberts members and customers.
When you request service, you'll receive a text message with a private tracking link that allows you to:
✅ Share your location with our crew
✅ View the status of your service request
✅ See when your captain is en route
✅ Track the location of your towboat as it heads to you
✅ Know exactly when help is arriving
No more wondering where your captain is or how long it will be until arrival. You'll have real-time visibility of your service.
This feature is currently available for our customers and is part of our ongoing effort to provide the best on-water assistance experience possible.
