CUSTOMER CONCERN: Brakes are making a grinding noise.

We found the rear brakes at end-of-service-life (beyond) on this VW Atlas. Metal on metal and pad material was non-existent. New brake pads and rotors in time for the weekend !

If your VW or Audi brakes are squealing, screeching or grinding, have them inspected. You risk brake caliper damage (and extra $$ spent) if you wait too long !
