10 year age limit on campers unless otherwise approved based on camper appearance

- 2 pavilions with 2 fire pits each
- 3/4 mile of shoreline with 14 common piers
- Paved roads throughout parks

Residents pay their own power through Coosa Valley Electric and water and sewage from Lincoln Water Department.
