This Camaro is running awesome and ready for the owner to enjoy the rest of the season!

Work completed:

* Replaced the carburetor and completed carburetor setup, tuning, and timing adjustment
* Replaced the failing distributor w/ a new MSD Pro Billet unit
* Diagnosed & fixed the hot-start concern
* Rebuilt the steering
* Replaced the power-steering pump lower line
* Replaced the brake booster and master cylinder
* Performed a brake-fluid exchange
* Replaced the right lower ball joint
* Completed an alignment
* Replaced the heater core
* Replaced the rear pinion seal and resealed the differential
* Performed a coolant-fluid exchange
* Adjusted the shocks and inspected the mounting threads
* Adjusted the alternator belt tension
* Diagnosed the inoperative reverse lights
* Evaluated the engine oil-leak concerns
* Gave it a quick courtesy bath so it goes back fresh 🧼

1966 Corvette 427 - sorted, tested, and back on the road.

This big block Corvette came in for a substantial round of mechanical work, not just a quick repair. We went through the vehicle systematically, addressing oil leaks, power steering, suspension repairs, sealing issues, lighting, fluid service, road testing, and final validation.

Classic cars like this need more than parts thrown at them. They need time, patience, top skills, and a shop willing to work through the whole car as a system. Steering, suspension, fluid sealing, drivability, road manners, and reliability all have to come together if the car is actually going to be enjoyable to drive.

After a heap of sorting, testing, adjusting, and rechecking, the best part is getting this message afterward:

“Had it out again today. You really did a great job. She is running very nice!”

That is the goal. Not just repaired. Sorted.

We are now booking big classic car jobs/restos for this fall, but can still handle smaller tasks this summer. Today we had the pleasure of helping out some new Subaru friends from Canada 🇨🇦 . They were having fuel pump issues Friday and we were able to accommodate next day turnaround. We happened to have the proper AEM 340 pump on hand and solved a loose battery ground issue as well.

We now have increased capacity to turn regular maintenance, diagnostics, and repair around faster with our awesome new teammates on board.
