"1st time using Hinsdale Automotive. I have been going to the Ford dealer for service work since I bought my 2020 Ford F350 Super Duty 6.7 diesel. The factory warranty is about to
expire so needed to find a shop I can trust doing needed maintenance. Used their 1st time customer oil change special and it was as expected great. To my surprise, they completed an extensive inspection of my truck and followed up with a video to show areas of concern. I will continue to use Hinsdale Automotive in the future."

"Neala at Hinsdale Automotive is awesome! When I brought in my SUV, she took the time to clearly explain the repairs and provided upfront pricing. When Neala realized the shop had accidentally installed the wrong battery a few months prior, she took full ownership, apologized, fixed the issue, and refunded my diagnostic fee. Mistakes happen, but true accountability is rare. How a business handles an error speaks volumes, and Neala’s honesty completely earned my trust. Hinsdale Automotive has earned a loyal customer for life!"
