Our First Place winner of our 2026 Annual Community Golf Cart Parade 2 years in a row!! Well deserved! They did a Fabulous job 🇺🇸👏🇺🇸!!!The kiddos enjoyed the Ice cream bar and face painting and our across the canal neighbors put on an amazing firework show. Can't wait until next year!!!

I was doing my evening drive through the property and found these 2. The dynamic duo!!! They were pulling up boat tie offs and old pier post that former tenants left in the water after they left. I know y'all hear me say it ALL the time, but residence like this is what makes Penwaugh more than a Community!!!! Thank you David and Lisa! You're both so amazing 👏🤩💗
