Rough race conditions will find the weak points fast. Deep ruts, mud, hard hits, and a full day of racing put everything on the bike through it, including the graphic kit. That is why Osburn graphic kits are made with durable materials, a durable top coat and adhesive, and machine-specific cuts that are made to fit the bike without having to stretch them into place. Anybody can make a bike look good before the race. We build graphic kits for what comes after it.

If you only know Osburn for dirt, racing, and off-road, this is the other side of the shop. We brought Triumph Hocking Hills out to the GNCC with bikes on display, gear under the tent, and the crew there to let people get a closer look at what Triumph has to offer. Same Osburn crew, just a different lineup of motorcycles.

A graphics kit isn’t proven on Friday. It’s proven on Sunday. Cheap material can look just as good when it first goes on. The difference shows up after the machine has actually been ridden. The laminate has to hold up, the adhesive has to stay put, and every piece needs to be cut for the plastics it’s going on so you’re not stretching it into place. We build our graphics for what happens after the gate drops, not just for the picture you take before it.

Most people only see the bike once it’s sitting on the showroom floor. We see everything before that. Crate comes in, bike gets unboxed, set up, gone through in the shop, and taken out before it’s ready for somebody else to ride. Triumph is another part of what we do here at Osburn, but the process is still the same. Know the machine, make sure it’s right, and put our hands on it before it leaves the shop.

The best bike in the showroom is the one that actually fits how you ride. The GasGas EC 300 and EX 300 share a lot of what makes the platform great, but they’re built with different riders in mind. The EC 300 adds a headlight and taillight for riders spending more time in local forestry and trail systems, while the EX 300 is more oriented toward the racetrack.
