You are positioned steps away from our community hangout area, where you can sit by the fire pit and grill to let your eyes dance with the stars. Your own private front deck offers the perfect sanctuary to enjoy your morning coffee, surrounded by the calming embrace of quiet, lush greenery.

•Monthly rent - $1,000 + utilities
Amenities ✨: Enjoy our community hangout area featuring a fire pit with a grill and a relaxing tree-hung swinging bench. We also provide onsite laundry room, as well as trash and pet waste stations.

We still have two cozy homes currently open for move-in, located right off I-20 between Longview and Kilgore. Come enjoy the peaceful surroundings, the stars at night, and a place to settle in for a while.

Currently Available🏡:
Lot 2 (Studio): Rent is $650/month with a $650 security deposit. This unit comes with a carport.

Lot 45 (1 Bed / 1 Bath): Rent is $850/month with an $850 security deposit. This unit includes a washer/dryer hookup nook.

Standard Monthly Fees & Policies:
Electric: $100 deposit upon move-in; monthly billing is based on your usage.
Water: $30 flat rate per month.
Pets: $350 non-refundable fee per pet; max of 2 pets, please note that pet restrictions apply.
Amenities✨:
Our residents enjoy access to onsite laundry, a fire pit area with a grill, trash service, pet waste stations, and storage units available for rent.
