That travel air sporting the Airtech System sure looks shiny!

Fighting fires from the sky 🔥✈️

While these two airplanes might look different, this Travel Air 6000 and Ford Tri-Motor were both used by the famous Johnson Flying Service to deploy smoke-jumping firefighters into inaccessible forests to fight fires.

Today, both are enjoying a much quieter life at the Mid America Flight Museum.
