shipped two cars out of state and booked about 2–3 weeks in advance. The pickup and delivery dates were only confirmed 2–3 days before, which made me a bit nervous at first. However, the overall reviews were great, and especially Karl seemed very reliable.

Karl was excellent throughout the process he kept my husband informed and reassured him, which made it much easier to trust the situation.
