If your dash goes dark or your car will not power down when you hit the power button, most often the combination meter is at fault. 2004-2009 Prii (gen 2) are the most susceptible, with a failing capacitor being the culprit. This tiny part that costs less than a quarter requires removing the entire dash!

We love the Prius V! Did you know this wagon style Prius was only made from 2012-2017? It’s definitely one of those cars that iykyk! It’s reliable, has huge cargo capacity (50% more than the standard Prius), and capable of getting 44 mpg!
