One of our most frequent calls is for crank/no start conditions. This work van showed all the signs of a failing fuel pump, but with thorough diagnostics, we were able to confirm the pump was healthy, but its ground circuit was unable to handle the load. Continuity testing alone won’t help here, so we used our load testing light to find a bad engine to frame ground strap. After replacing this frayed strap, the van started up and ran well again! That sure beats throwing expensive parts at a problem 😅

This Lotus Elise was suffering from a common radiator end tank failure, leaking coolant and spoiling the fun!

A more efficient and reliable Koyorad unit was installed in its place, without disassembling the AC components ❄️

Another shop wanted to replace the ABS module on this Jeep. But why? 🕵🏻‍♂️

By graphing the wheel speed sensor activity on our scan tool, it became obvious that the left rear sensor was not communicating, and a quick test of the sensor with a multimeter confirmed the sensor had failed. 📉

Once the new sensor was installed, we ran our tests again and found that all the trouble lights on the dash were gone and the ABS and 4WD systems were happy again. 📈

This was another example of how proper diagnostics saved a customer thousands in repair costs! 💸

This Equinox wouldn’t start, and instead of guessing, we performed a full starting system diagnostic—checking for proper power supply and verifying the starter signal circuit. Once everything upstream was confirmed to be working as it should, the issue was clear: a faulty starter.
