We will be closing early today, just letting everyone know if you don’t get in touch with us.

Hello Everyone, I am currently operating with reduced staff last week and the this week. Due to the current circumstances, I kindly request that you leave a voicemail for the next couple of days, and I will ensure to return your call by the end of the day. Unfortunately, I am falling behind schedule daily due to the inability to focus on vehicle repairs. If your vehicle has been delayed, I offer my apologies and am working diligently to repair them as quickly as possible. I hate to overpromising and underdeliver and that’s unfortunately what I am doing at the moment.

When coming by the shop dropping or picking up vehicles, don’t pay attention to the detour road closure sign. Make sure to come in from HWY 264 if coming from the North. This will be for the 11th-14th.

Not only is this part prone to common failure to begin with, but can anyone obviously see why this part failed? I bet it was bad before it made it off the production line! This is not a part I installed, I’m here fixing that issue!

This is the case of the state waste tire program not managing their money properly. So just fyi everyone that purchases tires will now have another $2 fee on tire disposal. We already pay the state $3 this will be another $2. I pay my transporter $1.25 per tire to haul them off for me so I don’t have to close down the shop to haul them off. Now it will be a total of $6.25 per tire to dispose of.
If you feel like you need to give someone an ear full please call the number at the bottom of the card and let them have it!

Ford F150 comes in for some brake work, get the tires off and whoa, we've got a problem! Both front strut springs are broken. Just imagine this falling out and coming through your windshield! Yeah, I’m probably thinking Final Destination stuff, but it’s happened!

I have studied air conditioning extensively, along with training, and updated my tools over the years to better assist customers. Diagnosing A/C issues is my top priority. This customer had their vehicle 'repaired' elsewhere without resolution. Upon reviewing the vehicle, I saw that several new components, such as the compressor, expansion valve, and receiver dryer, had been installed. Due to low refrigerant levels, I pressure-tested the system with nitrogen and identified a leak at the expansion valve. After getting the go-ahead for repairs, I re-tested the system and found it still leaking (not from the expansion valve repair). It turned out the receiver dryer was improperly mounted and sealed with bent lines. Am I the cheapest? Probably not, but I'm not the most expensive either; however, it would have been cheaper if I had repaired it originally.

Another day, another Jeep! This particular Jeep was in for a brake inspection. While I was removing the wheels to inspect the brakes, I smelled the oh-so-familiar smell of gear oil! Found the rear axle seals leaking, repaired the seals, and replaced the brakes. Cleaned up all the buildup as best we could with a pressure washer, degreaser, and elbow grease. There's only so much you can do with that stuff unless you replace components, which isn't necessary. I try my best to document all failures within our RO, even though we might not necessarily share it with customers all the time; we normally document it, and this has saved my behind more than once.
