CIA Autoplex, located at 380 Distribution Dr., Madison, MS 39110, is a combined used-car dealership and full-service automotive repair center serving the greater Jackson/Madison area. Over the years, he’s held key roles including Finance Manager, Internet Manager, and Used Car Manager. With each step, Cliff remained driven by a clear goal: to create a personalized, no-pressure, and transparent car buying experience that truly puts the customer first. In 2007, Cliff founded CIA Autoplex with a guiding principle—success isn’t measured by high-volume sales, but by earning and keeping the trust of every customer. His approach is simple but powerful: Listen. That means listening closely to each customer’s unique needs, delivering unmatched service and quality based on those needs, and standing behind every vehicle sold. Cliff personally purchases from auctions across the Deep South to hand-select inventory, ensuring that CIA Autoplex offers vehicles that stand out in quality, value, and reliability. Every vehicle undergoes a multi-tiered quality control process to exceed the highest standards of cleanliness, performance, safety, and dependability. A lifelong resident of the Jackson area and a devoted family man, Cliff knows that every vehicle he sells carries someone's family, friends, and future. That’s why he and the entire CIA Autoplex team are committed to earning and keeping your trust—every single day.
