Yet one more. A 389 Pontiac that I just painted a custom mixed purple metallic pearl I mixed when working at an auto parts store as a teenager way back in the day. This is in dad’s 48 Ford coupe. He just installed the Mustang II suspension you see and was in the mock up stage. Again had to be very early 90s. Interesting fact the car still exists in his garage today and never got finished. The engine was a complete rebuilt engine we acquired when the guy installed it and it smoked bad. We found a cracked oil ring. Replaced the rings, I installed a mild performance cam from another new rebuilt Pontiac I had that I went with the big rump-rump cam in. Installed my Edelbrock performer intake and Holley carb on this too when I went with tri-power on my other engine. This car may be coming up available one day soon. I really want to finish it, but time doesn’t always allow. Might build it to your liking for the right offer?? Still undecided on this one though.. really wanna finish it and drive the wheels off it.

Some more old photos of a body and paint job we did from the way back machine. I’m guessing it was around 92-94ish. 55 Ford 2 dr HT. Still working out of dad’s shop and time frame has to be around then as the shop doesn’t look fully finished yet. Check out the daily’s in the back ground. Now sought after classics but was just drivers at this time!

Found these while going through an old album. Painted it probably in the mid to late 90s. Was still working out of dad’s shop. Just did the body work and paint it this blue. Wish I had some pics of it going together, but this is all I have. If any one knows a Dave Craven who lived in New Washington back in the day tag him in it. It was his. I ran into him years ago down at the Street Rod Nationals and he said he still had it and looked just as good. A couple years ago I was coming through New Washington and saw what I think was this truck as the gas station there. It had a different stance way lower and big aluminum wheels but all still looked the same on paint.
