Bigger cables. Same factory safety.

The stock positive cable on these trucks has a fusible link, and the HDC "Big 3" Battery Cable Upgrade Kit keeps it. You get a fused 1/0 AWG positive instead of the OEM 4 AWG, plus 1/0 alternator to starter solenoid, battery negative to firewall, and an aux engine-to-frame ground. Upgraded terminals, fuse cover, protective boots, hardware, and color directions are in the box.

Fits 99–04 SVT Lightning, 00–03 Harley F-150, 97–03 F-150 (and 04 Heritage), and 98–03 Expedition, with the battery in the stock location.

The Big 3 re-terminates your factory starter cables, so pair it with the HDC Starter Cable Upgrade Kit if you want those done too: together, separately, or later. Relocating the battery out back? That's the Battery Relocation Cable Kit.

Halloween weekend at Atco used to mean one thing for Hyde: chasing records.

October 29, 2010, DelValLO Spookfest. 10.32 @ 131.45 on a 1.46 sixty-foot. That made three straight fall Atco rentals with a new World's Fastest Street Harley Truck record: 10.91 in 2008, 10.48 in 2009, and 10.32 in 2010.

The combo that year was a JLP longblock with JLP Stage 3 heads and cams, a JLP built trans, a 2.6 Kenne Bell, and a Bassani Comp-R exhaust, good for 722 rwhp.

Keeping a truck like that alive pass after pass takes wiring that can keep up, and that's where HDCircuitry came from.

HDCircuitry vs. stock. Same OEM hat.

HDC Fuel Pump Harness Kit (OEM Fuel Hat). Factory wiring still triggers it, so the factory fuel cutoff safeties stay in place, but upgraded wiring feeds the pumps to cut voltage drop. On stock pumps alone, that has shown a 13 psi bump in fuel pressure. One pair of pump wires matches the OEM hat, since the second pump is piggy-backed inside it. Everything for the install and color directions are included.

Fits 99–03 SVT Lightning, 00–03 Harley F-150, and 97–03 F-150 (and 04 Heritage). Pick Lightning/120" or Harley/139" wheelbase.

Going billet later? Grab the Billet Hat kit, or start with this one and add the billet upgrade harness when you swap hats. Want a pump on its own trigger (hobbs, toggle, or WOT switch)? That's the Third Pump Add-on.

April 2013. JLP Cecil Shootout. 9.89 @ 138.78.

The first Harley truck in the 9s, and it was still street-driven. Iron-block JLP longblock (not big bore, not a stroker), 2.6 Kenne Bell at 25 lb, steel fenders, glass windshield, stock brakes. It went from 226 rwhp stock to 789 rwhp in that combo.

Front to back. Done right.

The HDC Battery Relocation Cable Kit is the wiring for a rear-mounted battery. It upgrades OEM 4 AWG to 1/0 AWG: alternator cable, battery positive and negative, plus an aux engine ground and aux frame ground. The positive stays fused, and it's wired for an NHRA-legal kill switch with the alternator on the battery side, so the truck shuts down safely instead of running on the alternator. Kill switch and aux posts not included.

Fits 99–04 SVT Lightning, 00–03 Harley F-150, and 97–03 F-150 (and 04 Heritage), with Lightning and Harley Truck length options. Works with a bed-mounted box or an underframe tray. Built to order, about 2–3 weeks.

Dual Raptor fans. Plug-and-play.

HDC Electric Fan Harness Kit (Raptor Fans). Built to run OEM or aftermarket Raptor/2010+ F-150 dual fans (Motorcraft RF355, fans not included) in 99–04 SVT Lightning, 00–03 Harley F-150, and 97–03 F-150 (and 04 Heritage). The fans trigger on engine temp, A/C, and a manual override switch. Color directions included.

Heads up: the Raptor shroud needs minor trimming (photo of the recommended trim included), plus a simple flat 2-hole bracket you fab to shift one bolt location.

Running a different fan? The same harness also comes in a Mark VIII version for a dual-speed single fan, and a universal version for Flex-a-lite, SPAL, and other dual fans.

If my 845 hp Cyberbeast triggers folks because it's an EV, will a 0.8 second 0-to-60 Roadster trigger folks because it has cold gas thrusters? lol

We all start somewhere.

Hyde in 2005 at the DelValLO Bridge to Bash Rally, before the supercharger. Back then it made around 200 hp to the tires. Today it's near 1,000.

A lot has changed since then. The love of shredding tires hasn't. The end card on this old video even says "Time for tires... & a blower!!!" and that's exactly what came next.

Every step from there to here needed wiring that could keep up. That's what HDCircuitry kits are built for.

Stronger crank. Better heat sleeving.

HDC Starter Cable Upgrade Kit. It replaces the OEM 4 AWG starter wiring with 2 AWG power and 4 AWG grounds, plus significantly improved heat sleeving. Works with the battery up front or relocated out back.
