When Tracey’s vehicle broke down, she felt defeated. With three grandchildren in her care and countless appointments and responsibilities to manage, being without reliable transportation was a barrier to caring for those who depended on her most.
Tracey is no stranger to difficult seasons. After years of facing tremendous health challenges and hardships, she found herself in a moment where she simply needed someone to come alongside her. That’s exactly what her local Christian Brothers Automotive team in Loveland, Ohio chose to do.
Knowing Tracey personally through their church, the team felt called to help. They repaired her vehicle (including the transmission, catalytic converter, exhaust manifold, control arms and stabilizer links) at no cost. When Tracey picked up her vehicle, she was overwhelmed with gratitude. But for the team, it was simple: this is what neighbors do.
Sometimes, car care is about so much more than cars. It’s about caring for the people behind the wheel.
