Giving back to our community has always been a priority for the Black Diamond and Oasis Family of Businesses. Our co-founder, Rodney Cabaness, puts that into action.

Rodney was recently recognized for serving on the Rend Lake College Foundation Board of Directors from 2018 to 2026, giving eight years of his time to support local students and their futures.

Congratulations, Rodney! Thank you for all you do for Southern Illinois. We’re proud to be part of this community and to give back to the people who support us.
