Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Job description:
Lockwood Motors is seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Service Technician, preferably GM/Chrysler to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate will have manufacturer certifications, strong diagnostic abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer satisfaction. Our dealership offers a clean, modern facility, up-to-date equipment, and a team-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Utilize diagnostic tools and service information systems to identify vehicle concerns
Complete warranty and customer pay repairs efficiently and accurately
Perform multi-point inspections and document findings with photos or video when required
Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly with service advisors
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies
Stay current with manufacturer training and certifications
Qualifications:
Automotive Service Technician certification required (ASE and/or manufacturer certification preferred)
Previous dealership experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to operate diagnostic scan tools and shop equipment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
