Overall, my experience was excellent. From the beginning I felt like I was treated fairly and working with people who genuinely wanted to help me find the right truck. The entire process was comfortable, straight forward and respectful and I never felt pressured to make a decision. My transaction was transferred from one salesperson to another during the process, and the transition was completely seamless. I never felt like I had to start over or explain everything again. Everyone seemed to be on the same page and working together as a team. One thing that really stood out to me was that I was dealing with real people throughout the process. I was able to text and talk directly with people rather than navigate automated systems or constantly repeating myself. That made the entire experience much more personal and straight forward. Everyone I dealt with was kind, understanding and willing to work with me. I feel like I received a fair deal on both the truck I purchased and my trade-in. I would call out individual employees by name but honestly, the entire dealership had such a team-centered atmosphere that I feel like everyone played a part in making the experience a good one. This was definitely one of my best experiences purchasing a vehicle and I would be comfortable doing business with them again.
