A banana at the top of a climb is basically a five-star meal. 🍌😂
But in all seriousness, on-bike nutrition is something a lot of cyclists overlook until they bonk hard on a July ride in the heat.
A good rule of thumb: eat before you feel hungry and drink before you feel thirsty. Simple carbs every 45 minutes on longer rides make a huge difference. 🫡
