Dosser Garage has a full time job opening for an Office Assistant.
Job Description:
Dosser Garage is seeking to hire a Full Time - Office Assistant. Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm with possible overtime. We need someone who is friendly, outgoing and can handle a high stress level to get the job done in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming & outgoing phone calls
• Greet & handle customers
• Contacting customers for quotes and when their repairs are
completed
• Be willing to work overtime if needed
• Entering information into QuickBooks
• Scheduling pick-up & deliveries
• Picking up or dropping off customers/vehicles
• Handling warranties & parts returns
• Figuring quotes
• Ordering tires
• Taking customer/vehicle information
• Making notes in Tracs program
• Entering customer/vehicle information into Tracs

Experience:
• Experience in QuickBooks (preferable but NOT required)
• Experience in Napa Tracs Program (preferable but NOT
required)
• Must have computer experience. (We are needing someone
who is familiar with computers and can learn the program if
needed. 75% of the job will be done on computer with
entering receipts repair orders and invoicing.)
• Must have experience in Customer Service.
• Willing to take test to be certified for state inspector license.

Requirements:
* Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
* Must have computer experience.
* Must have typing skills.
