Upon completion of any our course you can delete the negatives of your driver's license. Individuals get a driver license to operate their vehicles or for photo identification purposes. They register and title their cars, mobile homes, and boats. They may receive assistance from the Florida Highway Patrol if they are involved in a crash or their vehicle breaks down along Florida's highways. Often the Patrol will remind drivers to slow down and buckle up. Our school will maintain the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity. We are committed to the philosophy of community and neighborhood safety. A new Florida law is increasing the consequences for people repeatedly caught driving without a valid license.

The measure, known as Isaiah’s Law, took effect July 1 and adds driving without a valid license to the offenses that can lead to a habitual traffic offender designation.

Under the law, a driver with three qualifying convictions from separate incidents within five years may be classified as a habitual traffic offender. That designation can result in the loss of driving privileges for at least five years.

Anyone who continues driving after receiving habitual offender status could face a third-degree felony charge.

The law is named after Isaiah DeJesus, who was killed in a crash involving a driver authorities said had repeatedly driven without a valid license.
