Miller Diesel & Auto would like to congratulate both Miller and Mt Vernon Schools for passing at 100% on bus safety inspections with Missouri State Highway Patrol/DOT. It is great to know our schools care so much about the safety of transporting our children. Jesse Frazier and Brandan Tapp thanks the schools efforts.

This Freightliner has more than a million miles and the fuel injection pump was beginning to fail. The dealer had the best price and parts with next day pick up available.

When removing the pump it has to be timed. Some disagree, but if you look at the second photo and third photo you can see matching patterns. That 4 bladed plate only fits in one way. It is not easy reaching in either. Tight spaces but nothing stops Jesse Frazier .

Another rear axle rebuild for Jesse Frazier . As he is working on the axle a local truck is also getting a new clutch outside. Why outside? Because it is too long for an inside job. Jesse really works the new Semi Truck pad at the shop.

New Orings and injectors on an older 444 diesel. This motor is very close to the old Ford 7.3 Diesel. Many parts interchange. Some say it is the middle motor between the older Navstar 6.9 in the 80s Fords and the newer 7,3 Power Stroke found between 1999 and 2003. Either way Jesse is the man to give new life to an old motor.

Another common motor is the 466. It too is rumored to share many parts to the 7.3 but it is a straight six diesel motor designed for a more rigorous commercial application. I have not found any parts that cross directly though. The DT466 is a sleeved motor designed more for long life. It was easy to get 600,000 miles from it.
