They say to park a safe distance from the water, but apparently nobody told Mother Nature! The water got too high on Kane Creek Road near Moab, Utah, and these drivers thought they had parked far enough away to stay out of trouble. Unfortunately, the floodwaters had a different plan!
Heavy rain can turn Moab's normally scenic backcountry roads into a whole different adventure. This is a reminder that flash flooding in the desert is no joke, and water levels can rise quickly. When exploring Moab's off road trails, always respect the water and never underestimate Mother Nature!

Heavy rain brought a rush of water through Kane Creek Road in Moab, Utah, temporarily closing the road for a day last week. Normally a scenic route through the canyon, Kane Creek turned into a fast moving water crossing that was definitely not business as usual.

A rare sight on Hell’s Revenge in Moab, Utah! Last week, water was flowing across the famous slickrock, creating an incredible waterfall right in the middle of one of Moab’s most legendary off road trails.

Hell’s Revenge is known for its steep slickrock climbs, challenging obstacles, and unforgettable UTV and Jeep adventures. But seeing water rushing across these rocks is something you do not get to see every day! Mother Nature gave Moab a different kind of show, turning this famous off road trail into a spectacular sight.

You never know what you will encounter on Hell’s Revenge in Moab, Utah! While out exploring this legendary off road trail in our Jeep Snoopy, we came across a Polaris RZR XP 4 1000 that had rolled over on Oprah’s Butt. Things had gone sideways, but the adventure was not over yet!
Our team stepped in to help get the overturned RZR back on its wheels so the group could get back to their Moab off road adventure. From challenging slickrock obstacles to unexpected rollovers, Hell’s Revenge is full of surprises. This is what makes Moab Jeep tours and off road adventures so unforgettable.
