No time to bleed lol

for all you Young Guns coming up that want to be a technician. this s**t ain’t for the weak I can’t count the times Ive nearly lost a finger or had steel dug out of my eye are been in my 20s and limping out out to my truck at the end of the day because I skipped lunch and flagged 20+ hours.  only to get told by my boss that it wasn’t enough and to come in the next morning and do it all over again for years on end. And that’s just the physical side of it. On top of that, you have to know electrical you have to know drivability. You have to understand cooling systems, plumbing. Climate control. steering suspension. The list goes on. There’s a technician shortage like never before and this is why. If you can handle it. You can earn a good living. Robots will not take this job …. Get after it…
