A floor plan can show you where everything goes.

But it can't show you what it feels like to actually walk through the home. 🏠

Take a look inside The Sunrise.

Walk through the kitchen and living room. See the bedrooms and bathroom. Notice the windows, doors and little details that don't always stand out on paper.

Because when you're choosing a home, seeing the actual space can make all the difference.

Think The Sunrise might be worth seeing in person?

How does a manufactured home get from our lot to your property? 🏠➡️🏡

There's a process behind that exciting delivery day.

It starts with choosing the right home and getting the necessary pieces in place. Then comes coordinating your property, delivery, and setup so your home can make the move from our lot to yours.

That's also why we talk so much about what's included when you purchase through A1 Housing.

🚛 Delivery
🏠 Block-set
🔗 Tie-down

You shouldn't have to be an expert in manufactured housing before buying one.

That's what we're here for.

Have questions about the process? Send us a message and let's talk.

When you're comparing manufactured home prices, make sure you know what that price actually includes. 👀

At A1 Housing, you'll see us say this a lot:

🚛 Delivery
🏠 Block-Set
🔗 Tie-Down

Included.

Why does that matter?

Because the advertised price of the home isn't the only number you should be looking at when comparing your options.

Ask questions. Find out what's included. And make sure you're comparing the full picture — not just the number on the sign.
