Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome service customers promptly and professionally, gathering detailed vehicle information and customer concerns.
Translate customer descriptions into clear, actionable repair orders for certified service technicians.
Provide accurate cost estimates, inspect vehicle maintenance histories, and recommend necessary safety and routine service.
Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers regarding repair updates, completion times, and warranty coverage.
Handle customer inquiries, review final invoices, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor / Writer preferred (dealership DMS experience like Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or dealer systems is a plus).
Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics, maintenance schedules, and warranty processes.
Exceptional customer service, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to multitask and maintain composure during high-volume peak hours.
