Some of the best skills aren’t learned sitting behind a desk. They’re learned by getting your hands dirty, figuring things out, making mistakes, and putting in the work.

And we’re pretty proud of the guys who show up every day and put those skills to work.

Here’s to the hands-on learners who found their place doing what they do best! 🔧

There’s a lot of coordination behind every repair. The right parts need to arrive, supplies need to be ready, and the team needs to know what’s next.

Cobi has been right in the middle of it, making sure the guys have what they need to keep repairs moving. It’s a side of the shop you don’t always see, but it’s part of the work that gets your vehicle back on the road.

Stay safe out there in the rain, friends!

Phinel would like his 47 bosses to know he’s off this weekend. 😂

He knows a thing or two about those long hours, though. There was a time when he went years and years without a day off. These days, he’s half retired and the employees get to go home by 5 p.m.

Oh how times have changed!

When the boss says he’s going to “help with the truck.” 😂

Hope you guys have a fun week!

Last week we shared a little behind-the-scenes look at the crew training on our new laser-accurate frame machine.

Now it’s time to put that training to work!

Here’s Austin getting some hands-on experience with the new equipment. Having the right tools is important, but knowing how to use them properly is what really makes the difference.

We’re always learning, improving, and investing in ways to do better work for our customers. 🔧

Our social media manager would like to know why his last post didn’t go viral.

He’s demanding answers, a bigger budget, and possibly a raise. 👀

Sam making bodywork look way more fun than it actually is. 😂

There are a lot of steps between a damaged vehicle coming into the shop and handing the keys back to its owner. This is one of them.

It takes a little patience (some days more than others), a lot of attention to detail, and apparently a pretty good attitude.

The collision industry never stops changing, so neither do we.

We’ve been training on our new laser-accurate frame machine and getting the crew dialed in on the latest equipment in the shop.

There’s always something new to learn, and we’re here for it. 🔧

Trust is earned in the details.

It comes from doing the job right, communicating with our customers, standing behind our work, and treating every vehicle like it matters.

We’ve built Absolute Shine one customer at a time, and we’re proud that so much of our business comes from people who choose us again or send their friends and family our way.

That means a lot to us.
