🚚Another new home delivery is officially set in Northfield! ✨

If this home looks familiar, it’s because it’s based off our #768 ADU double-wide. This one was placed as an ADU on family-owned land, so our new homeowners’ daughter and her family can stay in the main house, while grandparents get their own space close by.

It’s one of our favorite setups: keeping grandparents + grandkids together without giving up independence OR living space. 🏡❤️

Want to see #768 in person (and check out other Accessory Dwelling Units we have available)? Come visit us on the lot!

Or comment “ADU” and we’ll send you our Accessory Dwelling Unit floorplan brochure. 📩

Sneak peek time 👀

🏡 Our newest display home, #783 CrossMod Double-Wide (Clayton Laurel series) is now set up and available to walk through.

We’re still working on a few finishing touches, but we couldn’t wait to share it with you ✨

✅ View interior photos, floor plan, and full specs here:

Why CrossMod? CrossMod double-wides are built to the HUD Code like other manufactured homes, but they’re designed to feel more like a traditional home with more residential style and upgraded fit-and-finish than many typical double-wides. The result is a home that looks and feels like it belongs in any neighborhood.

Did you notice what’s missing on our display lot? 👀🏡

We took down our Modular Ranch #364 (the Ritz-Craft Custom Homes Langdon) last week, so if things have felt a little “busy” out there… that’s why. We’re definitely sad to see it go, but we’re even more excited because it’s on its way to welcome our newest homeowners home. 🎉

And what's better… something new is coming! 👀✨

Have you seen the hints? Are you excited for what’s next?

Big progress over here 👷‍♂️🏡

After a stretch of setting and completing customer homes, our crews finally carved out time to work on our newest display model: #783 a double-wide CrossMod (HUD Code manufactured) home with the look and feel of a modular or site-built home.

So what makes a CrossMod different from a typical manufactured double-wide?

✅ Designed to be placed on a permanent foundation or crawlspace (when installed to specs), helping it feel more like a traditional site-built home

✅ Residential curb appeal upgrades you can see right away, like higher roof pitch and wider eaves/overhangs for that “neighborhood home” look

✅ Drywall-finished interiors (instead of paneling in many standard models) for a more modern, site-built vibe

✅ Often designed with garage/porch-ready layouts and other features that help it blend in beautifully with surrounding homes

✅ More conventional financing options may be available depending on the lender

Bottom line: CrossMod homes bridge the gap between manufactured and site-built style, while keeping the efficiency and value of factory-built construction.
This one will be a showstopper, and yes: it will be available to order.
