Headed to Denver to hang out with rtspradling206 and Ruth.
As I move through this incredible world that God built I’m reminded that everything valuable comes on the back side of hard work.
Diamonds take millennia of pressure, gold and silver require crushing and refining, even the fuel that powers our bikes take a ton of effort to produce!
We are the same!
I think of who I was before I had experienced hardship, trouble and sorrow.
Sure I was God’s creation but I was soft and not much good to anyone else.
Now that I’m 50 years and countless trials into this life I think that I have a lot more to offer and I know I’m better off for all of it!
This situation is another refining moment, another furnace that will transform me and my family into what God wants us to be.
It’s so damn hard to accept at times but that’s why God sent Jesus to accompany us and hold our hands in the midst of life’s biggest hardships.
And like Mr Bingham says, “I gotta feeling this song ain't over yet, you gonna make em all remember where to place the bet!"
