TLC Parts & Service is looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team as an Automotive Customer Service Advisor.
This position plays a critical role in creating an exceptional customer experience by helping customers after the sale, coordinating repairs, managing service appointments, and ensuring concerns are handled quickly and professionally.
π° Compensation: $42,000 - $54,000 Per Year
What You'll Do:

Manage customer after-sale concerns and "we-owes"
β
Coordinate repairs and service appointments
β
Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
β
Work closely with our Sales, Service, and Parts departments
β
Support technician productivity and service operations
β
Build long-term customer relationships
