# # Assistant Estimator / Collision Repair Office Coordinator

Color Master Premium is looking for an Assistant Estimator / Office Coordinator to join our growing collision repair team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, technology, and processes. Collision repair experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong aptitude, professionalism, and a desire to learn.

# # # What You'll Do
* Assist estimators with repair planning and documentation
* Check vehicles into and out of the repair process
* Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and vendors
* Track insurance payments and claim status
* Prepare and submit repair supplements
* Maintain and update repair files using CCC Intelligent Solutions (CCC)
* Perform vehicle diagnostic scans using industry tools
* Schedule appointments and assist with front desk operations
* Ensure work files remain accurate, complete, and up to date
* Follow established procedures and help improve them over time
* Support office and production staff as needed

* Experience in collision repair, automotive service, insurance claims, or estimating
* Familiarity with CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar software platforms
* Customer service, office administration, or administrative support experience
* Basic understanding of vehicle repair processes
* Experience working with insurance companies or claim documentation
# # # Schedule Options
We are flexible and can accommodate either:
**Part-Time**
* Approximately 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
**Full-Time**
* Approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Additional hours may be available based on experience and workload.
