Marble Arch Homes is a family-owned company that has been building quality homes in central New Jersey for almost a decade. Headed by Marcel Gestetner, a third generation builder who cut his teeth in the industry watching his uncles build New York City skyscrapers and Battery Park City, the company has expanded steadily and built a reputation for constructing well-crafted
homes with exciting floor plans. Steady growth has not deterred the Marble Arch team of architects, engineers, and construction specialists from building each home as though it were their own. In fact, Gestetner and his talented wife Hindy, have taken ideas used in building their own home and incorporated them into the models of communities in Jackson, Berkeley and Manchester Townships in Ocean County and Howell and Manalapan in Monmouth County. The result is spacious, aesthetically-pleasing homes designed to accommodate the lifestyle of today's busy families. Every effort is made to ease the process for homebuyers during construction. Homes are almost always delivered on time and a system has been put in place to follow up the initial walk-thru punch list at the time of closing with another walk-thru one month later, and still another, 11 months later.
