Our toughest project to date? Outfitting this Gx550 with a built out electrical system in a very tight space. We engineered this system to sit between the rear seats and the drawer system. Victron DC to DC, Solar, and AC charging all supported. We wired multiple DC outlets off the fuse panel with an inverter, GFCI breaker, and multiple AC outlets. We designed custom panels to mount the monitoring screen, AC outlets + GFCI, rear switch panel for camp lights, and roof outlets for a heater, AC unit, and Starlink.

This GX is also pre wired to charge a trailer using an Anderson connection tucked under the bumper.

All with clean cable routing and easy access to all of the individual modules. This was about 3 weeks of work we’re extremely proud of.

Introducing the 2.0 version of our Baja Designs Pod headlights for the Gx470 with the new Squadron 2.0 pods. Version 2.0 improves on an already great lighting package with increased adjustability and backlight function on the pods, which can be wired to our plug and play harnesses upon request.
