This was from a rear differential due to a failing pinion bearing found while addressing another concern the customer had that was unrelated to this issue. Upon inspection, we located another issue and notified the customer. We were not able to repair it at the time, but we caught the issue before it left them stranded on the side of the road. We do a full inspection of every vehicle that comes through our shop to help prevent future issues, costly tow bills, and inconvenient timing.
