What looked like a simple bumper repair turned into something much bigger.
Our customer was rear-ended and, at first glance, the damage appeared minimal. From the outside, it looked like it might only need a bumper replacement. However, collision damage isn't always visible on the surface.
Once we removed the bumper, we discovered the true extent of the impact. The collision had caused damage to the lower edge of the quarter panel, creating a kink in the structure that wasn't visible during the initial inspection.
This is a perfect example of why a thorough teardown and inspection are so important after an accident. Hidden damage can significantly affect the repair process, safety, and overall repair costs.
