Pit Stop Hobbies has been servicing the Central PA hobbyist since 1986. We specialize in R/C cars, boats, helicopters, and airplanes. We also carry model rockets, plastic models, Pine Car Derby supplies, and paints/tools. NORMAL SHOP HOURS & TRACK PRACTICE HOURS (EXCEPT DURING RACE EVENTS):

This Saturday July 25th is the Summer Sizzler trophy race at Pit Stop Hobbies!! 🇺🇸 Weather is looking beautiful at 83 degrees and sunny!
-Practice and registration 8-10am
-Racing to start at 10:15am
-Entry fees are $35 for single entry, $20 for second, $15 for third and each additional class. Kids 12 and under are $15 for the day as always!

FRIDAY night is race night! This will be the rescheduled club race from last weekends rainout. This Friday night, 7/17 will be the race. Practice 4-6pm, racing to start at 6:15/6:30. Tag a buddy and come get some racing in before Saturday's storms roll in! 🤞 See you at the track!

Tonight's race will be rescheduled for next week. Either Friday night or Saturday, I'll keep an eye on the weather and see which day looks the most promising. I'll make a call Wednesday so keep an eye out for the update. Sorry to those who made substantial drives tonight and had to turn around 😔 sometimes we win, sometimes mother nature wins. In the commotion of the rain and having customers in the shop, I was delayed on posting an update about the cancellation. Thanks for those who came out tonight with hopes of racing. Let's make next weekend a good one! 🏁

Friday night we race! Who's excited to see the new layout changes!? There is a small possibility of some rain in the evening but every forecast I look at is different, so who really knows🤷‍♂️🤣 I have wood chips on stand by if needed and we'll get it done 👍 Come check out the layout changes and get in some Friday night racing under the lights! Practice starts at 4pm.

Friday night is race night!! As of now, I am keeping a close eye on the weather. We still plan to race Friday night. I will make a final call tomorrow evening in case the rain forecast pushes till later in the evening. Let's keep our fingers crossed! 🤞Keep an eye out Thursday evening for a final call!
