Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain demand planning and forecasting models to ensure optimal inventory levels across branches.
• Analyze historical data, trends, and business drivers to predict future inventory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory to improve inventory turns and reduce carrying costs.
• Perform variance analysis and root-cause investigation on inventory discrepancies and performance gaps.
• Prepare and deliver reporting on inventory health, valuation, service levels, and return on investment to leadership.
• Support working capital optimization initiatives through data-driven inventory strategies.
• Lead process improvement initiatives related to inventory management and ERP system integration.
• Partner with purchasing, sales, and operations teams to align inventory strategies with business goals.
• Build relationships with branch Operations Managers to identify data gaps and improve inventory accuracy and reporting.
• Support data validation, standardization, and continuous improvement of inventory-related data sets.
• Assist with inventory-related analysis for strategic initiatives, including acquisitions and expansion efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education/Skill Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain analysis, or distribution operations.
• Experience in tires or wheels preferred.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems such as Epicor
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with SQL or data analysis tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience with inventory optimization methodologies, including ABC analysis, safety stock, and EOQ modeling.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
