This is an appreciation post for our good friends at HP Tuners. About 8 weeks ago Justin Burt approached us and asked us, since we are running the CORE ECU and engine harness if we’d be interested in bringing VISCERAL Z to the SEMA Show this year as a project in motion. But we didn’t have an engine, wheels, tires, headers, seats, brakes, a defuser, or a front bumper….i said yes….because I’m an idiot and I like torture. It was honestly too good an opportunity to pass up. So VISCERAL Z is off to the SEMA show in all of its complete unfinished-ness. There were some major players that totally come through for us. Mark and the crew Forgeline for coming through in a pinch. The guys Hoosier Racing Tire with some Track Atracks. The team at Wegner Automotive for getting us an engine in time to have Robert Sorum build some absolutely kickass Tri-Y double slip 321 stainless headers. OMP Racing Official for some sexy seats and steering wheel. Wilwood Racing for coming through with some SPEC 37 racing brakes. Harrop Engineering for the stunning Hurricane intake manifold. PWR Advanced Cooling Technology for the coolers. 6XDGearbox for the gearbox jewelry, that we had to leave the transmission tunnel off for because it’s the last time you’ll see it! Of course it all sits in a Roadster Shop FastTrack cantilever IRS chassis. So many more great parts to be apart of this build coming up. So if you’re out at the SEMA show this year, come on by the HP tuners booth and check it out in all its unglory. See yeah out there.
