K5 passenger side looking whole again. A few corner patches burned in where nothing was left to weld 😆. Inner and outer rocker panels welded in place. There's nothing pretty about fixing old rusty s**t but it's gonna be a solid truck again. Good start to the week.

Passenger floor in, all the seat brackets and seatbelt brackets transferred and welded. Phew, this Thursday is done!

Next in line at HK. A K5 Blazer has come in to get some major metal work done. Rear bed floor, floor pans and rocker panels. Just your basic square body Chevy truck rot. Came with a bed full of LMC replacement panels. Now I know why everyone is building these things. Sheet metal repair panels are cheap as hell!!!

Rat rod dash and door panel build start to finish. 2 day paint job. 5 coats of clear yesterday, graphics and 3 more today. Door panels got the lace over gold flake with a black border fade in. Metal flake the whole damn world cuz sparkly s**t is cool!! 😎 😁

F-ROD is about buttoned up. 165 spot welds burned in and ground down clean. Top rails sides and front of bed solid weld run, lower bed by tailgate solid run double pass. Hell of a week, the welder needs a break. 😂

165 holes punched in the F-ROD bed panels. 13 welded. Only 152 to go 😂.

A little Christmas day paintwork. 65 degrees is a bit rare this time of year 😆 . A couple Harley fenders full of rock chips and a slight incident with a golf cart brought it here. Anyways, it's been handled. Custom Paints Inc supplied great stuff as always.
