Another interesting pickup here on Nantucket Island! This time we took one of our tow trucks out to recover an old scrap snow plow that had been sitting back in the woods for quite some time. Definitely not your everyday tow — getting the truck into position, dragging the plow out of the woods, and getting everything loaded up made for a pretty cool recovery. Just another example of the random jobs we get into at No Kill Car Rescue. From cars and trucks to equipment, scrap, beach recoveries, and the stuff buried in the woods — you never really know what the next call is going to be!

Another successful Nantucket beach tow! Yesterday evening, we received a call about this Ford F-150, and the caller asked our favorite question: "This truck is owned and registered to an individual who is active duty Coast Guard, do you have a military discount?" As always, we gave our favorite answer! We are dispatching a truck now, and there will be no charge. That's right, if you're a veteran, active duty, or a first responder, the tow is always on us!
