Grupo Antolin Nashville, a full-service supplier leader in the design, development and manufacturing of interior automotive components, is seeking Production Workers to join our team! We have opportunities for direct hire on 2nd or 3rd shift starting at $17.00/hr, not including shift premiums!

Job Duties:
- Assemble parts and components at all stations on the assembly line as directed by supervisor.
- Carrying of finished products to racks.
- Proper care and handling of products, purchase parts, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain production flow as not to create rework, scrap, or slow the production process.
- Identify defects and notify supervisor of items not in quality conformance.

Essential Functions:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to apply small components to fixtures.
- Ability to work in warm/hot temperatures.
- Ability to read and comprehend written procedures.
- Sufficient agility to work and maneuver at a fast pace.
- Able to operate hand tools.
- Must be able to distinguish different components.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required - recent graduates considered!
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, or recent pattern of continuous work history preferred
- Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift
