When a fan motor lets go, it doesn’t give you a warning. 💥

Our guys found this aftercooler fan completely destroyed at a sand plant. No fan means no cooling, and no cooling means your compressor shuts down.

New motor. New fan. Swapped on site and back online the same day.

New compressor install at a cement plant in Corpus Christi. 🔧

Our team set the unit, ran new piping, and tied it into the existing air line. While we were there, we knocked out a full 4,000-hour annual service with fresh filters and separators.

Install it. Pipe it. Service it. One crew, one trip, one call.

A clean compressor pad isn’t just about looks. It’s about safety. 🔧

This customer had drain lines from three compressors and two dryers running across the pad with no clean paths. Tripping hazards everywhere.

Our team re-ran every drain line using DOT-rated poly tubing and fittings for a long-term, leak-free solution. Clean routing, proper supports, and a pad you can actually walk across without watching your feet.

Small details. Big difference.

Most compressed air companies won’t touch a refrigerated air dryer. We’re not most companies. 🔧

Our team responded to a low suction pressure alarm on a Zeks 3000HSG at a large cement manufacturing center in New Braunfels. Diagnosed low refrigerant, performed a full recovery and recharge with R410A, and got the dryer back to spec.

Refrigerated dryer service takes specialized tools, EPA-compliant refrigerant handling, and techs who actually know the refrigeration circuit. That’s a short list in this industry, and IOS is on it.

That's not a garden hose. That's water pouring out of a compressed air tank.

A failed float drain let condensate build up inside this customer's receiver tank until it was holding gallons of water instead of clean, dry air. Water in a compressed air system corrodes tanks, damages downstream equipment, and compromises air quality across the entire operation.

Our tech drained it, diagnosed the failed float drain, and got the system back to where it should be.

A float drain is a small part. Ignoring it is a big problem.

Your air compressor's inlet valve is the gatekeeper. It opens to let the compressor draw air in. It closes to control pressure. When it fails, your compressor can't do its job.

This is a full inlet valve rebuild performed in the field by our team. Every seal, spring, and internal component pulled, inspected, and replaced with OEM parts.

No shortcuts. No guesswork. Just hands-on expertise.

Two years without a PM on a VSD compressor. Swipe to see what the cabinet filter looked like. 😬

On a variable speed drive unit, the electronics generate serious heat — the drive, the capacitors, the controller board all depend on clean airflow through that cabinet to stay cool. When the filter clogs, the airflow stops, and the electronics start cooking.

A drive failure on a VSD compressor isn't a filter change. It's a shutdown and a repair bill that makes you wish someone had just changed the filter.

This one pad. That's all it takes. 🔧

Annual service on a Sullair rotary screw. Air filters, oil filter, full PM. But we didn't stop there. 🔧

We dropped off extra parts for the customer to keep on site so they're covered between service visits. If a filter needs attention before the next scheduled PM, they've got spares on the shelf instead of downtime on the floor.

Swipe to see the old vs. new filters and our tech on site getting it done.

New system. New piping. Three drops. One connected shop. 🔧

We ran aluminum air pipe from their compressor through the fab shop and out the back side to the forklift area — two drops inside for pneumatic tools and one outside for the yard. Clean, efficient, and built to deliver air exactly where it's needed.

Cooler swap, thermal valve replacement, new inlet valve, and a filter that should've been changed a long time ago. All in one visit. 🔧

Swipe through to see the full teardown on this FS Curtis rotary screw, from the cooler cavity to the old vs. new thermostatic valve elements to an air filter that was barely letting anything through.

This is what a real tune-up looks like. Not just checking boxes, actually opening the machine up, finding what needs attention, and replacing it right.
