I had the privilege of working with Future Business Leaders of America students at our local high school recently, helping them prepare for mock interviews.

These students were sharp, capable, and ready. What held most of them back was not knowledge. It was confidence. And honestly? That is not unique to teenagers.

I wrote about what this experience reminded me about business, marketing, and why meaningful connections matter more than anything else we do.
