π¨ A simple mistake that could cost you thousands of dollars π¨
This customer accidentally put diesel fuel into a gasoline truck. About 22 gallons had to be pumped out β and this is not a quick fix.
The fuel tank must be fully drained, removed, thoroughly cleaned, and the entire fuel system flushed to prevent serious damage.
What youβre seeing:
β’ Diesel fuel being siphoned out of the tank
β’ The fuel tank after itβs been completely drained and cleaned
β οΈ If not cleaned properly, diesel contamination can damage:
β’ Fuel pump
β’ Fuel injectors
β’ Spark plugs
β’ Fuel lines
β’ Oxygen sensors & catalytic converter
Even a small amount left behind can lead to poor performance, misfires, and expensive repairs.
This is why proper cleaning matters. ππ§
