🔧 Putting the pieces together at Harmon Performance!

Here's Anna doing what she loves - getting hands-on with a transmission rebuild!

Anna says rebuilding a transmission is like putting together a 1,000-piece puzzle. Every piece matters, and there's nothing quite like the satisfaction of getting it all back together just right.

It's that kind of patience, attention to detail, and passion for the work that makes our team special.

Keep up the great work, Anna!

A little old-school muscle with a whole lot of horsepower! 🔥

Not your average ride rolling into Harmon Performance! This classic Chevy is packing some serious upgrades under the hood, and we're loving every bit of it.

From everyday drivers to high-performance builds, we always enjoy seeing what comes through the shop.

Who else appreciates a classic with some serious power?

Happy Birthday to Nate! 🎂🔧

We were going to get Nate something for his birthday, but apparently “more horsepower” isn’t something you can just put in a gift bag.

So cake it is.

Help us wish Nate a Happy Birthday — and if you stop by Harmon today, be sure to remind him he’s now a classic, not old. 😂

Some trucks never go out of style. 🔥

This beautiful classic Ford F-100 stopped by Harmon Performance Transmission & Diesel and it definitely turned a few heads in the shop.

Whether it’s a well-preserved classic, a hardworking daily driver, or a performance build, we appreciate the craftsmanship behind every vehicle that comes through our doors.

Would you keep it original or add a few performance upgrades?

"If I could give 10 stars I would." ⭐

That's the kind of review that makes our day.

Ben has trusted Harmon Performance with two transmissions, and we're incredibly grateful that he came back to us a second time. Communication, staying mindful of the budget, and never compromising on the quality of the repair - that's the experience we aim for with each of our customers.

Thank you, Ben, for the awesome review and for continuing to put your trust in the Harmon team!

Today is about the people who put in the hours, get their hands dirty, and keep things moving.

We're especially proud of our Harmon crew and the hard work they put in every day, whether it's keeping a work truck on the road, rebuilding a transmission, or finding the problem nobody else could.

🔧 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: CHRIS HARMON

The name on the building started with this guy.

Chris Harmon founded Harmon Performance Transmission and built a reputation that reaches well beyond New Richmond. He became known not only for his skill with transmissions, but for something just as important — being fair, doing right by his customers, and treating people the way they should be treated.

And Chris is still at it today.

He’s still turning wrenches. Still solving the tough problems. Still sharing what he knows. And still taking care of customers the same way he always has.

As Harmon Performance grows, those values aren't changing.

Do great work. Be fair. Treat people right.

That’s how Chris built Harmon.

And that’s still how Harmon is run today.

Diesel Tuning: What does it actually mean?

If you own a diesel, you've probably heard people talk about tuning.

But what does a tune actually change? Is it all about making more horsepower? What about transmission tuning? And does tuning even make sense for the way you use your truck?

If you've wondered about any of those things, you're exactly who we wrote this for.

At Harmon, we believe there's no such thing as a dumb question—especially when it comes to your truck.

Our latest Diesel Tuning 101 article breaks down the basics without assuming you already speak fluent diesel. 💪
