You'll want to bookmark Revv's recent blog post, Post-John Eagle: How ADAS compliance helps prevent lawsuits, if you're thinking about liability exposure and how ADAS fits into that conversation.

The John Eagle case changed how the industry thinks about OEM procedures. ADAS is creating the same exposure — and most shops don't know it yet.

Before systematic identification tools existed, more than 80% of vehicles that needed calibration left shops without it. That's not a technician problem. It's a process problem.

Revv's Paulina Major breaks down what that means for your shop — why a missed calibration is a liability waiting to happen, what a defensible repair file actually looks like, and how to make ADAS compliance repeatable across every job.

Revv is proud to be a Silver Sponsor of CIECA CONNEX 2026.

The conference runs September 29 through October 1 in San Antonio, Texas, and this year's theme, The Rise of Software-Defined Vehicles: Collision Industry Impacts, is exactly the kind of conversation we think the industry needs to be having.

Software-defined vehicles are changing what calibration looks like, how shops need to operate, and what the entire repair ecosystem needs to prepare for.

Our Director of Strategic Partnerships, Joel Adcock was recently on the CIECA webinar — ADAS Calibration: Issues, Challenges & Opportunities.

He walked through how misalignment across OEM procedure data, estimate data, and diagnostic data drives most ADAS failures — and why systems integration is the real culprit, not the technology. He also got into why calibration ex*****on and documentation compliance so often don't match up.

He was joined by Dan Dutra from Pace-ADAS and James Spears from Tractable. Watch the replay below.

If you missed today's webinar focused on ADAS calibration issues, challenges and opportunities, the replay is below. Thank you to our presenters for sharing great insight: Joel Adcock, director of strategic partnerships at Revv; Dan Dutra, partner and board member for Pace-ADAS and SVP and partner a...

If you’re just getting started with ADAS, the first thing to know is that it’s probably already in your shop. You just might not be tracking it yet.

We pulled key takeaways from our ADAS 101 webinar with REVV’s Paulina Major into a quick read to help shops build a strong foundation from day one. It includes the seven things every shop should know before diving in – from why pre-scans matter on every vehicle to how documentation drives reimbursement.

It’s worth a read if you’re building the foundation. Find the link in the comments.

We're excited to share that today we’re launching On-Demand Learning through the United ADAS Collective. The coursework includes more than 80 lessons featuring short-form video content, quizzes, and downloadable resources developed and taught by ADAS industry experts.

The first courses available focus on foundational ADAS knowledge for technicians and shop owners looking to build a stronger foundation. Additional courses for both technical and leadership audiences covering more advanced topics will be released in the coming months.

On-Demand Learning starts with an ADAS Maturity Curve Self-Assessment that identifies their current ADAS experience level and helps them chart next steps to move up the curve. From documentation and calibration best practices to workflow improvements and industry challenges, the courses are built to deliver practical knowledge that can be implemented immediately.

The courses are designed to help shops build practical ADAS knowledge they can apply in their operations every day.
Membership to the UAC is currently free and includes access to on-demand courses, community discussions, webinars, events, and additional resources.

A code that isn't there. A fault that comes and goes. A system that works on paper but keeps failing in the field.

These are some of the most frustrating diagnostics in ADAS work and they're more common than most people think.

Join us on Thursday, June 25th at 1:00pm for our free webinar: Ghost Codes, Intermittents, and "No Fault Found", featuring Darren Sodoski, Chief Information Officer at Pro Mobile Scan.

The first UAC Leadership Summit is officially in the books.

We welcomed attendees from 59 companies, with more than 40 traveling from out of state, and partnered with some of the most exciting players in the industry including Autel, National Calibration and Diagnostic Solutions, Burke Porter, OEC, and ALLDATA.

The goal of the Leadership Summit was simple: bring together shop owners, technicians, trainers, OEM representatives, and industry partners to learn from one another and have meaningful conversations about the future of ADAS.

What stood out most was how many conversations continued long after a session ended, with a consistent theme that shops everywhere are facing many of the same ADAS challenges, from training and documentation to workflow management.

Events like this reinforce the value of bringing the industry together to learn from one another, share expertise, and move the conversation forward.

Most shops are doing ADAS work, but most aren’t doing it in a way that's consistent, documented, and actually scalable.

That's where the ADAS Calibration Maturity Curve is helpful. It shows shops where they stand today and the next steps they should take to optimize their ADAS capabilities.

Hundreds of shops have already taken the assessment and it just takes a few minutes. Find the link in the comments.

Precision Automotive Calibration Experts runs seven ADAS calibration centers across Tennessee, and they've been with Revv since the beginning.

As they scaled, operations became harder to manage. The high volume of repairs was making workflows unmanageable, especially without a central system to track it all.

They used Revv to get it under control. Today, they're saving 20 minutes per work order, recovering 250 technician hours every month, and their body shop partners are seeing a 3-5% gain in ADAS revenue.

If you're scaling calibration operations and running into the same friction, their story is worth a read. Full case study in the comments.
