The customer who stopped coming in spends more than the one who never left.

Across GM rooftops running Impel Service AI, a recovered customer's repair order averaged $900. The overall average was $587.

One dollar in five of service revenue came from someone who had lapsed or already declined the work. That's revenue that usually gets written off.

Service AI is turnkey and iMR approved for co-op reimbursement through GM's Dealer Digital Solutions program.
